岗位职责：Lead and manage product and test engineering teams located at ZhiZhu site for Analog Business Group.This requires a motivated and flexible individual with extensive integrated circuit product development and chip probe/final test solutions experience and knowledge on the wafer fabrication, assembly, and test of integrated circuits. Proven track record on test time reduction without sacrificing device quality and experience on the testing of integrated power device, either monolithic or in a multi-chip co-packaged format is preferred.Must be able to interface effectively and establish credibility quickly with the cross-functional managers and lead/drive the product/test engineering teams to successful new product releases on time.Will also be responsible for probe and final test solutions development, yield improvement, low yield lot analysis/disposition, customer return verification and provide corrective actions for continuous quality/reliability improvement when needed while the product is in production.任职要求：a.
